本课程研究疾病的发生发展规律，分为总论和各论两部分。总论包括细胞和组织的适应与损伤、损伤的修复、局部血液循环障碍、炎症、肿瘤等基本病理过程。各论介绍各系统常见疾病的病因、发病机制、病理变化和临床病理联系。课程通过理论讲授和病理切片观察，培养学生认识和分析疾病的能力。

This course studies the mechanisms and patterns of disease, divided into general and systemic pathology. General pathology covers cellular adaptation and injury, tissue repair, local hemodynamic disorders, inflammation, and neoplasia. Systemic pathology introduces etiology, pathogenesis, pathological changes, and clinicopathological correlations of common diseases in each organ system.

作业标题：肺癌临床病理病例分析报告

学生选取一例肺癌临床病理病例，收集病史、影像学检查、实验室检查、病理活检等资料，从病因、发病机制、病理分型、临床表现、诊断和治疗等方面进行综合分析。报告需结合病理学知识，分析病理形态特征与临床表现的关系，培养临床病理思维和综合分析能力。

Students select a lung cancer clinicopathological case, collect medical history, imaging, laboratory tests, and biopsy data, and conduct comprehensive analysis from etiology, pathogenesis, pathological classification, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment perspectives. The report integrates pathological knowledge to analyze relationships between morphological features and clinical presentation.
