本课程系统讲解采购与供应管理的理论与实践。内容涵盖采购战略制定、供应商选择与评估、采购谈判技巧、合同管理、供应商关系管理、采购成本控制、招标与竞标、全球化采购、电子采购等核心主题。课程还将探讨可持续采购、风险管理、供应商质量管理、采购伦理等前沿话题。学生将学习ABC分类法、卡拉杰克矩阵(Kraljic Matrix)、总拥有成本(TCO)分析等工具,培养战略性采购思维和供应商管理能力。

This course provides systematic coverage of procurement and supply management theory and practice. Topics include procurement strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, negotiation skills, contract management, supplier relationship management, cost control, bidding and tendering, global sourcing, and e-procurement. The course also explores sustainable procurement, risk management, supplier quality management, and ethics. Students learn ABC analysis, Kraljic Matrix, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.

Select a manufacturing company and collect procurement data for its major raw materials and components. Apply the Kraljic Matrix to categorize procurement categories and develop differentiated strategies. Choose 5 key suppliers and build an evaluation system with quality, cost, delivery, service, and technical capability dimensions. Use AHP or fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for quantitative assessment. Propose a tiered supplier management plan and improvement recommendations.
