IT项目管理课程针对信息化项目特点,讲授PMBOK与敏捷方法融合的项目管理知识体系。主要内容包括项目范围与WBS、进度计划(甘特图、关键路径法)、成本估算与预算、质量管理、人力资源与沟通管理、风险识别与应对、采购与合同管理、敏捷Scrum与DevOps实践、项目监控与收尾。培养学生领导IT项目全生命周期的综合能力。

IT Project Management covers a knowledge system blending PMBOK and agile methods tailored to IT initiatives. Topics include scope and WBS, scheduling (Gantt charts, critical path method), cost estimation and budgeting, quality management, HR and communication management, risk identification and response, procurement and contract management, agile Scrum and DevOps practices, and project monitoring and closing, building end-to-end project leadership.

大作业 Final Project

作业标题:IT项目计划与模拟执行

学生小组选定一个信息系统项目,编制完整项目计划书,包含范围说明书、WBS、甘特图、成本估算、风险登记册与沟通计划。在6周模拟执行期内使用Scrum或看板跟踪进度,撰写周报与变更记录。最终提交项目计划书、执行报告与小组复盘,并进行答辩。

Teams select an information system project and produce a complete project plan including scope statement, WBS, Gantt chart, cost estimate, risk register, and communication plan. During a six-week simulated execution using Scrum or Kanban, teams track progress and write weekly reports and change logs. Submit the project plan, execution report, and retrospective, followed by a defense.
