OCR A-Level Geography (H481) is a linear two-year course assessed by three written papers and one independent investigation at the end of Year 13. OCR A-Level has moved to a linear structure since 2015, so all exams are taken at the end of the course. The specification balances physical geography (landscape systems, Earth's life support systems), human geography (changing spaces, global connections) and geographical debates, plus an independently designed fieldwork investigation. A facilitating subject for geography, environmental science, urban planning, international development and earth science applicants.
