本课程运用经济学理论和实证方法分析劳动力市场运行规律。主要内容包括:劳动力供给理论、劳动力需求理论、人力资本投资、工资决定与工资结构、劳动力市场歧视、失业理论、工会与劳动力市场、移民经济学、劳动力市场政策评估等。课程注重理论联系实际,培养学生运用劳动经济理论分析现实就业和收入分配问题的能力。
This course uses economic theory and empirical methods to analyze the operation of labor markets. Topics include labor supply theory, labor demand theory, human capital investment, wage determination and wage structure, labor market discrimination, unemployment theory, unions and labor markets, migration economics, and labor market policy evaluation.
使用微观调查数据,研究劳动力市场中的性别工资差异问题。首先通过描述性统计分析男女工资水平、教育程度、工作经验、职业分布等方面的差异。然后运用明瑟方程分别估计男女的工资方程,采用Oaxaca-Blinder分解方法将性别工资差异分解为可解释部分(特征差异)和不可解释部分(歧视效应)。最后讨论研究结论的政策含义。
Use micro survey data to study gender wage differentials in the labor market. First, analyze differences in wage levels, education, work experience, and occupational distribution between men and women through descriptive statistics. Then estimate wage equations for men and women separately using the Mincer equation.
