本课程系统介绍国际关系理论与实践，考察国际体系的演变与当代全球政治的主要议题。课程涵盖现实主义、自由主义、建构主义等主要理论范式，以及战争与和平、国际安全、国际贸易、全球治理、国际法、国际组织、跨国社会运动等核心议题。学生将通过案例分析和模拟演练，理解国际政治的运行逻辑和主要行为体的互动模式。
This course provides a systematic introduction to international relations theory and practice, examining the evolution of the international system and major issues in contemporary global politics. The course covers major theoretical paradigms including realism, liberalism, and constructivism, as well as core topics such as war and peace, international security, international trade, global governance, international law, international organizations, and transnational social movements. Through case studies and simulations, students understand the logic of international politics and interaction patterns among key actors.
学生选择一个国家，运用国际关系理论分析其近年来的某一重大外交政策决策或外交行动。要求明确分析框架，结合该国的历史、地缘、经济、国内政治等因素，解释政策制定的动因和影响，并评估政策效果。报告字数约2000字，需引用外交文件、官方声明和学术研究等多种来源。
Students select one country and use international relations theories to analyze a major foreign policy decision or diplomatic action in recent years. The report should establish a clear analytical framework, incorporate historical, geopolitical, economic, and domestic political factors to explain the motivations and impacts of the policy, and evaluate its outcomes. Approximately 2000 words with multiple sources including diplomatic documents, official statements, and academic research.
