本课程以DSM-5为主要框架，系统介绍各类心理障碍的临床表现、诊断标准、发病机制与治疗方法。内容涵盖焦虑障碍、强迫及相关障碍、创伤及应激相关障碍、抑郁障碍、双相障碍、精神分裂症谱系障碍、进食障碍、物质相关与成瘾障碍、人格障碍等。课程采用生物-心理-社会整合视角，培养学生对心理障碍的科学理解与共情能力。
This course systematically introduces the clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria, etiology, and treatment of various psychological disorders, using DSM-5 as the primary framework. Topics include anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, eating disorders, substance-related and addictive disorders, and personality disorders. A biopsychosocial integrated perspective is emphasized throughout.
学生基于课程提供的临床案例资料（或选择一部电影/文学作品中的心理障碍人物），运用诊断标准进行案例概念化分析。报告需包含症状描述与诊断、鉴别诊断、病因分析（生物-心理-社会视角）、治疗方案建议（药物治疗与心理治疗）、预后评估等部分，字数约3000字。
Students analyze a clinical case (or a character with psychological disorder from a film or literary work) using diagnostic criteria for case conceptualization. The report includes symptom description and diagnosis, differential diagnosis, etiology analysis (biopsychosocial perspective), treatment plan recommendations (pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy), and prognosis assessment, approximately 3000 words.
