学生需连续记录一周内的个人传播行为,包括面对面交流、社交媒体使用、信息消费等各渠道的时间分配和内容类型。运用课程所学的传播理论对自身传播模式进行分析,识别影响传播效果的关键因素,并提出改进个人沟通效率的具体策略。报告需包含数据图表、理论应用和反思总结,字数不少于2000字。
Students document their personal communication behaviors over one week, including face-to-face interactions, social media usage, and information consumption across all channels. Using communication theories from the course, students analyze their own communication patterns, identify key factors affecting effectiveness, and propose specific strategies for improvement. The report includes data charts, theoretical application, and reflective summary.
