Global Health
本课程从全球视角审视健康问题及其应对策略。内容涵盖全球疾病负担与健康不平等、全球卫生治理体系（WHO、世界银行、非政府组织等）、传染病与非传染性疾病的全球防控、妇幼健康与营养、全球卫生安全与国际卫生条例、卫生援助与国际合作、全球健康公平的社会决定因素。通过案例研究和小组项目，培养学生的全球健康视野和跨文化协作能力。
This course examines health issues and response strategies from a global perspective. Topics include global burden of disease and health inequalities, global health governance systems (WHO, World Bank, NGOs, etc.), global prevention and control of infectious and non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health and nutrition, global health security and international health regulations, health aid and international cooperation, and social determinants of global health equity.
学生需针对某低收入国家儿童疫苗接种覆盖率偏低的问题，设计一套综合提升方案。内容包括分析疫苗接种现状及障碍因素（如冷链系统、卫生人力、社区接受度、资金投入）、借鉴国际成功经验、制定分阶段目标、设计具体干预措施（如加强冷链建设、培训基层人员、开展健康教育、建立监测评估体系）、预算估算与可持续性分析，培养全球卫生项目设计的综合能力。
Students design a comprehensive improvement plan for low childhood vaccination coverage in a low-income country. The assignment includes analyzing current vaccination status and barrier factors (cold chain system, health workforce, community acceptance, funding), learning from international successful experiences, setting phased goals, designing specific intervention measures (strengthening cold chain construction, training grassroots staff, health education, monitoring and evaluation system), budget estimation, and sustainability analysis.
