本课程系统介绍职业环境因素对劳动者健康的影响及预防控制措施。内容涵盖职业性有害因素识别与评价(粉尘、化学毒物、物理因素、生物因素、工效学因素)、职业流行病学调查、职业卫生监测、职业病诊断与管理、职业卫生服务体系、职业安全与防护以及职业卫生法律法规。通过案例分析和现场调查实践,培养学生职业卫生风险评估与控制的能力。
This course systematically introduces the impact of occupational environmental factors on worker health and prevention control measures. Topics include occupational hazard identification and evaluation (dust, chemical toxins, physical factors, biological factors, ergonomic factors), occupational epidemiology surveys, occupational health monitoring, occupational disease diagnosis and management, occupational health service systems, occupational safety and protection, and occupational health laws and regulations.
学生需以电子制造业为对象,开展职业卫生现状调查并设计控制方案。内容包括识别生产过程中的主要职业危害因素(如有机溶剂、噪声、静电、工效学负荷)、开展接触评估和健康风险评价、分析现有防护措施的不足、设计针对性的工程控制和管理控制措施、制定职业健康监护计划,培养职业卫生实践的综合能力。
Students conduct an occupational health status survey and design control measures for the electronics manufacturing industry. The assignment includes identifying major occupational hazard factors in production processes (organic solvents, noise, static electricity, ergonomic load), conducting exposure assessment and health risk evaluation, analyzing deficiencies in existing protective measures, designing targeted engineering and administrative controls, and developing an occupational health surveillance plan.
