本课程介绍社会、行为因素与健康的关系及其在公共卫生中的应用。内容涵盖健康行为理论(健康信念模式、计划行为理论、社会认知理论)、社会决定因素与健康不平等、健康传播与健康教育、行为干预设计与评估、社区健康促进、文化与健康、压力与健康行为改变。通过理论学习和干预设计练习,培养学生从社会行为视角理解和解决公共卫生问题的能力。
This course introduces the relationship between social and behavioral factors and health, and their application in public health. Topics include health behavior theories (Health Belief Model, Theory of Planned Behavior, Social Cognitive Theory), social determinants and health inequalities, health communication and health education, behavioral intervention design and evaluation, community health promotion, culture and health, stress and health behavior change.
学生需以青少年吸烟预防为主题,基于健康行为理论设计一套学校层面的行为干预方案。内容包括问题分析与目标人群评估、理论框架选择、干预目标设定、具体干预活动设计(如健康教育、同伴教育、政策环境支持)、实施计划与进度安排、效果评估指标与方法,培养健康促进干预方案设计的综合能力。
Students design a school-based behavioral intervention program for adolescent smoking prevention based on health behavior theories. The assignment includes problem analysis and target population assessment, theoretical framework selection, intervention goal setting, specific intervention activity design (health education, peer education, policy environmental support), implementation plan and schedule, and effect evaluation indicators and methods.
