This course systematically introduces the fundamental principles and core techniques of molecular biology, including DNA replication, transcription, translation, and molecular mechanisms of gene expression regulation. It covers gene structure and genomics in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, as well as modern molecular biology research methods such as molecular cloning, PCR, and nucleic acid hybridization. Students will understand the nature of life at the molecular level.
