课程介绍 Course Introduction

本课程研究细胞的结构、功能及生命活动规律，内容包括细胞膜结构与物质运输、细胞器结构与功能、细胞骨架系统、细胞周期与分裂调控、细胞信号转导、细胞凋亡与自噬等。课程还介绍细胞生物学研究技术如荧光显微镜、流式细胞术、免疫荧光染色等。学生将从细胞水平理解生命现象，为组织学、发育生物学等后续课程打下基础。

This course studies cell structure, function, and life activities, including cell membrane structure and transport, organelle structure and function, cytoskeletal system, cell cycle and division regulation, signal transduction, apoptosis, and autophagy. The course also introduces cell biology research techniques such as fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.

大作业 Final Project

作业标题：细胞凋亡检测实验设计

设计实验检测某种药物处理后肿瘤细胞的凋亡情况。包括细胞培养与药物处理方案、Annexin V-FITC/PI双染流式细胞术检测、TUNEL染色法、Caspase活性检测等多种凋亡检测方法的比较。设置适当的阳性对照和阴性对照，分析实验结果的统计学意义，撰写完整的实验报告。

Design experiments to detect apoptosis in tumor cells after drug treatment. Include cell culture and drug treatment protocols, Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining flow cytometry, TUNEL staining, and Caspase activity detection.
