本课程研究组织变革的驱动因素、过程管理与成功实施策略。课程涵盖变革的类型与动因、变革阻力管理、变革管理理论模型(科特八步法、ADKAR模型、行动研究等)、变革领导与沟通、组织文化变革、数字化转型、并购整合中的变革管理、变革能力建设等核心内容。通过真实变革案例深度分析与模拟演练,学生将掌握诊断组织变革需求、设计变革方案、管理变革过程、巩固变革成果的系统方法与实操技能。

This course examines the drivers, process management, and successful implementation strategies of organizational change. Topics include types and drivers of change, resistance management, change management models (Kotter's Eight-Step, ADKAR, action research), change leadership and communication, organizational culture change, digital transformation, change management in mergers and acquisitions, and change capability building. Through case studies and simulations, students develop systematic approaches to managing organizational change.

作业标题:组织变革管理方案设计

学生分组为一家面临重大变革的企业(如数字化转型、组织重组、并购整合等场景)设计完整的变革管理方案。内容包括:变革背景与必要性分析、变革愿景与目标设定、利益相关者分析与影响评估、变革阻力识别与应对策略、变革实施路线图(分阶段里程碑)、沟通计划与培训方案、变革领导团队建设、成效衡量与持续改进机制。学生需提交完整的变革管理方案书,并进行模拟汇报,扮演内部变革顾问向高管团队提案。

Student teams design a comprehensive change management plan for a company facing major transformation (digital transformation, reorganization, M&A integration). The project includes change background and necessity analysis, change vision and goal setting, stakeholder analysis and impact assessment, resistance identification and response strategies, implementation roadmap with phased milestones, communication and training plans, change leadership team building, and success measurement with continuous improvement mechanisms.
