本课程系统介绍人力资源管理的理论体系与实践方法,探讨如何通过有效的人力资源管理获取并保持企业竞争优势。课程涵盖人力资源规划、工作分析与设计、招聘与甄选、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬与福利、员工关系管理、人力资源法律等核心模块。通过真实企业案例分析与模拟演练,学生将掌握人力资源各职能模块的操作方法,理解战略人力资源管理理念,培养人力资源管理的专业能力与战略思维。

This course provides a systematic introduction to the theoretical framework and practical methods of human resource management, exploring how effective HR management creates and sustains competitive advantage. Topics include HR planning, job analysis and design, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR law. Through case studies and simulations, students develop professional HR capabilities and strategic thinking.

作业标题:企业人力资源管理体系设计

学生分组为一家模拟企业设计完整的人力资源管理体系。内容包括:基于公司战略的人力资源规划、关键岗位工作说明书设计、招聘方案与甄选工具开发、新员工培训体系设计、绩效考核体系(KPI与OKR结合)、薪酬结构与福利方案、员工关系管理机制。学生需提交完整的人力资源手册,并进行方案展示答辩,模拟向公司管理层汇报人力资源体系建设方案。

Student teams design a complete human resource management system for a simulated company. The project includes strategic HR planning aligned with company strategy, job descriptions for key positions, recruitment plans and selection tools, new employee training systems, performance management systems (combining KPIs and OKRs), compensation structures and benefit plans, and employee relations mechanisms. Teams present their complete HR handbook.
