本课程研究企业产品与服务的生产交付系统设计、运营与优化。课程涵盖运营战略与竞争力、产品与流程设计、设施选址与布局、质量管理与控制、库存管理与供应链管理、综合计划与主生产计划、物料需求计划、项目管理、精益生产与六西格玛等核心内容。通过定量分析方法与案例研究,学生将掌握运营管理的基本工具与技术,理解如何通过高效运营创造企业价值,培养系统思维与分析解决运营问题的能力。

This course examines the design, operation, and optimization of production and service delivery systems. Topics include operations strategy and competitiveness, product and process design, facility location and layout, quality management and control, inventory and supply chain management, aggregate planning, MRP, project management, lean production, and Six Sigma. Through quantitative analysis and case studies, students develop skills in solving operational problems and creating business value through efficient operations.

作业标题:企业运营流程优化方案

学生分组选择一家制造或服务企业,对其核心运营流程进行深入分析并提出优化方案。内容包括:企业运营现状诊断、流程流程图绘制与瓶颈分析、质量问题根因分析(鱼骨图、5Why)、库存策略与供应链效率评估、优化方案设计(可结合精益生产、六西格玛等方法)、预期效益测算(成本节约、效率提升、质量改善)。学生需提交完整的运营咨询报告,并进行现场汇报答辩。

Student teams select a manufacturing or service company and conduct in-depth analysis of its core operational processes with optimization recommendations. The project includes current state diagnosis, process mapping and bottleneck analysis, root cause analysis of quality issues (fishbone diagram, 5 Whys), inventory strategy and supply chain efficiency assessment, optimization plan design (incorporating lean, Six Sigma methods), and expected benefit calculation. Teams present their consulting report.
