本课程深入探讨领导力的理论与实践,帮助学生理解有效领导的本质与核心要素。课程涵盖领导力理论演进(特质理论、行为理论、权变理论、变革型领导、服务型领导、真诚领导等)、领导权力与影响力、领导与团队建设、跨文化领导、领导力与伦理、领导发展等主题。通过领导力评估、案例研讨、角色扮演与反思练习,学生将深入认识自身领导风格,提升领导技能与影响力,为未来走上领导岗位做好准备。
This course explores leadership theory and practice in depth, helping students understand the nature and core elements of effective leadership. Topics include the evolution of leadership theory (trait theory, behavioral theory, contingency theory, transformational leadership, servant leadership, authentic leadership), leadership power and influence, leadership and team building, cross-cultural leadership, leadership and ethics, and leadership development. Through assessments, case studies, role-playing, and reflective exercises, students develop their leadership skills.
学生基于对自身领导力的全面评估,制定一份个人领导力发展计划。内容包括:个人领导力现状评估(运用多种领导力测评工具)、领导优势与发展领域识别、个人领导哲学与价值观阐述、未来五年领导力发展目标、具体发展行动方案(包括课程学习、实践项目、导师指导、反馈机制等)、成功衡量标准与里程碑。学生需提交完整的发展计划书,并进行个人领导力发展愿景展示,模拟向职业导师或高管教练汇报。
Students develop a personal leadership development plan based on comprehensive self-assessment. The project includes current leadership assessment using multiple tools, identification of strengths and development areas, articulation of personal leadership philosophy and values, five-year leadership development goals, specific action plans (coursework, practical projects, mentorship, feedback mechanisms), and success metrics with milestones. Students present their leadership development vision.
