本课程从个体、群体和组织三个层面系统研究组织中人的行为规律。课程涵盖个体行为(人格、知觉、态度、动机)、群体行为(团队动态、沟通、冲突、权力与政治)、组织系统(组织结构、组织文化、工作设计)三大模块。通过经典实验案例与互动讨论,学生将掌握理解、预测和引导组织中人的行为,提升团队管理与人际沟通能力,为有效管理人力资源提供理论指导与实践方法。
This course systematically studies human behavior in organizations at three levels: individual, group, and organizational systems. Topics include individual behavior (personality, perception, attitudes, motivation), group dynamics (team dynamics, communication, conflict, power and politics), and organizational systems (structure, culture, work design). Through case studies and interactive discussions, students develop skills in understanding, predicting, and influencing human behavior.
学生分组选择一个真实工作团队(可来自实习单位、学生组织或模拟案例),运用组织行为学理论进行全面诊断。内容包括:团队成员个体特征分析、团队发展阶段评估、沟通模式与冲突管理分析、领导风格与团队效能关系研究。学生需识别团队存在的问题,设计具体的改进方案,包括团队建设活动设计、沟通机制优化、冲突解决策略等,并提交诊断报告并进行现场汇报。
Student teams select a real work team and conduct a comprehensive diagnosis using organizational behavior theories. The project includes analysis of individual team member characteristics, assessment of team development stages, analysis of communication patterns and conflict management, and study of the relationship between leadership style and team effectiveness. Teams identify problems and design specific improvement plans.
