本课程是管理学专业的核心课程,从企业整体视角研究战略制定与实施的全过程。课程涵盖战略管理基本框架、外部环境分析(PEST、五力模型)、内部资源与能力分析(价值链、VRIO)、公司层战略(多元化、并购、国际化)、业务层战略(成本领先、差异化、聚焦)、战略实施与组织结构、战略评价与控制等内容。通过大量商业案例研讨,学生将培养战略性思维能力,掌握企业在复杂竞争环境中获取可持续竞争优势的理论与方法。
This core course examines the entire process of strategy formulation and implementation from a corporate perspective. Topics include the strategic management framework, external environment analysis (PEST, Five Forces), internal resource and capability analysis (value chain, VRIO), corporate-level strategies (diversification, M&A, internationalization), business-level strategies (cost leadership, differentiation, focus), and strategy implementation. Through case studies, students develop strategic thinking skills.
学生分组选择一家上市公司,对其进行全面的战略分析并提出战略建议。内容包括:公司现状与历史沿革分析、外部宏观环境与行业竞争格局分析、内部资源与核心竞争力评估、现有战略梳理与评价、未来三年战略规划建议(包括战略目标、业务组合、竞争定位、实施路径)、财务预测与风险评估。期末以战略咨询报告形式提交,并模拟向公司董事会进行汇报答辩。
Student teams select a publicly listed company and conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis with recommendations. The project includes company background and history, external macro-environment and industry competitive landscape analysis, internal resource and core competency assessment, evaluation of current strategies, three-year strategic plan recommendations, financial projections, and risk assessment. Teams present as if reporting to the board of directors.
