本课程深入研究物流系统的规划、设计与运作管理。课程内容涵盖运输管理(公路、铁路、海运、空运及多式联运)、仓储管理(仓库布局、拣货策略、库存周转)、配送网络设计、物流成本分析、逆向物流和绿色物流等主题。学生将学习运输路线优化、车辆调度、仓储选址等定量方法,并结合电商物流、跨境物流等实际场景,培养解决复杂物流问题的能力。
This course provides in-depth study of logistics system planning, design, and operations management. Topics include transportation management (road, rail, ocean, air, and multimodal), warehouse management (layout, picking strategies, inventory turnover), distribution network design, logistics cost analysis, reverse logistics, and green logistics. Students learn quantitative methods for route optimization, vehicle scheduling, and facility location, with applications to e-commerce and cross-border logistics.
假设某电商企业计划在华东地区建立配送网络,覆盖上海、杭州、南京、苏州、宁波等10个城市。学生需基于给定的需求数据、运输成本和土地成本,设计最优的配送中心选址方案和配送路线。要求使用重心法、运输模型或遗传算法等方法进行定量分析,对比至少三种方案的总成本、配送时效和服务水平,最终提交详细的设计报告和数据模型。
Design a regional distribution network for an e-commerce company covering 10 cities in East China. Based on given demand data, transportation costs, and land costs, students develop optimal distribution center locations and delivery routes. Quantitative methods such as center-of-gravity, transportation models, or genetic algorithms must be applied. Compare at least three scenarios on total cost, delivery time, and service level, with a detailed design report and data model.
