This advanced capstone course explores supply chain management from a strategic perspective and its relationship with competitive advantage. Topics include supply chain strategy framework, efficiency vs. responsiveness fit, network design strategy, global supply chain strategy, risk management, sustainable supply chains, digital transformation, supply chain finance, organizational structure, and performance management. Through extensive case studies and strategy simulations, students develop strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

以咨询顾问角色,为一家真实企业(或模拟企业)制定为期三年的供应链战略规划。内容包括企业竞争战略分析、供应链现状诊断、SWOT分析、供应链战略定位与目标、供应链网络优化方案、数字化转型路线图、风险管理体系、可持续发展战略、关键绩效指标设计以及实施路径与资源需求。要求运用SCOR模型、平衡计分卡等工具,提交一份完整的战略规划报告并进行模拟董事会汇报。

Act as consultants to develop a three-year supply chain strategic plan for a real or simulated company. Content includes competitive strategy analysis, current supply chain diagnosis, SWOT analysis, strategic positioning and objectives, network optimization, digital transformation roadmap, risk management system, sustainability strategy, KPI design, and implementation roadmap. Apply SCOR model and balanced scorecard tools. Submit a complete strategic plan and deliver a mock board presentation.
