Family and Community Education
本课程讲授家庭教育与社区教育的理论与实践，内容涵盖家庭教育的意义与功能、家庭结构与教养方式对幼儿发展的影响、亲子关系与亲子沟通、家长教育与家长参与、幼儿园与家庭的合作共育、社区教育资源的开发与利用、特殊需要儿童的家庭支持等。学生将学习与不同类型家庭有效沟通的技巧，掌握组织家长会、家长开放日、亲子活动等家园合作活动的方法，树立大教育观，认识家庭和社区在幼儿成长中的重要作用。
This course covers theory and practice of family and community education, including the significance of family education, family structure and parenting styles' impact on child development, parent-child relationships and communication, parent education and involvement, kindergarten-family partnerships, community resource development, and family support for children with special needs.
为一所幼儿园设计一份完整的年度家园共育工作计划。计划需包含指导思想、工作目标、重点工作内容（家长委员会建设、家长学校课程、家长会、家长开放日、亲子活动、家访工作、家长志愿者、班级群管理等）、各月具体安排、保障措施和评价机制。要求体现现代家庭教育理念，注重形式创新和实效，针对不同年龄段幼儿家长的需求设计差异化内容。计划不少于4000字，附年度活动日程表。
Design a comprehensive annual kindergarten-family partnership work plan. The plan must include guiding philosophy, work objectives, key initiatives (parent committee building, parent school courses, parent-teacher meetings, open houses, parent-child activities, home visits, parent volunteers, class group management), monthly schedule, support measures, and evaluation mechanisms. Emphasis on modern family education concepts, innovative approaches, and differentiated content for different age groups. Minimum 4000 words with annual activity calendar.
