化工设计是化学工程专业的综合性核心课程,培养学生运用所学专业知识进行化工过程与设备设计的能力。内容包括化工设计程序与内容、工艺流程设计、物料衡算与热量衡算、设备选型与设计、车间布置与管道布置、安全与环境保护、技术经济分析与评价等。课程以典型化工产品的全流程设计为主线,训练学生的工程设计能力与创新思维,为毕业设计和未来工作奠定基础。

Chemical Engineering Design is a comprehensive core course for chemical engineering majors,培养 students' ability to apply professional knowledge for chemical process and equipment design. Topics include design procedures and content, process flow design, material and energy balances, equipment selection and design, plant layout and piping design, safety and environmental protection, and techno-economic analysis and evaluation. The course uses full-process design of typical chemical products as the main thread, training engineering design ability and innovative thinking, laying the foundation for graduation design and future work.

作业标题:甲醇合成工段工艺设计

学生需完成一套年产30万吨甲醇合成工段的工艺设计。确定合成工艺路线与操作条件,进行全流程物料衡算与热量衡算,设计甲醇合成反应器、精馏塔等主要设备,进行设备选型与尺寸计算,绘制带控制点的工艺流程图与主要设备图,进行技术经济初步估算与安全性分析。提交完整的设计说明书,包括设计依据、计算过程、图纸与经济评价。

Students complete the process design of a 300,000 tons/year methanol synthesis section. Determine the synthesis process route and operating conditions, perform full-process material and energy balances, design major equipment including the methanol synthesis reactor and distillation columns, conduct equipment selection and dimension calculations, draw a process flow diagram with control points and major equipment drawings, and perform preliminary techno-economic estimation and safety analysis. Submit a complete design specification including design basis, calculation process, drawings, and economic evaluation.
