Course Overview 课程介绍

OCR A-Level 物理 A,线性结构,6 个模块覆盖力学、电磁、量子与天体物理,重视实验技能。

OCR A-Level Physics A (H556) is a linear two-year course assessed by three written papers at the end of Year 13, plus a teacher-assessed practical endorsement. OCR A-Level has moved to a linear structure since 2015, so all exams are taken at the end of the course. It is built around six modules spanning mechanics, electricity, waves, quantum physics, thermal physics, fields, astrophysics, particles and medical physics, with strong emphasis on practical skills and mathematical methods. A core subject for engineering, physics, CS and medicine applicants.

A-Level Physics is a key subject for engineering (mechanical, electrical, aerospace, civil), physics, computer science, mathematics, and medicine. Most UK STEM programmes recommend or require A-Level Physics. It builds strong foundations in mechanics, fields and quantitative problem-solving, and pairs naturally with A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics for competitive engineering and physical science degrees.
