Principles of Macroeconomics
本课程介绍宏观经济学的基本理论与分析方法，涵盖国民收入核算、总需求与总供给模型、经济增长、失业与通货膨胀、财政政策与货币政策、国际经济等核心内容。学生将学会运用宏观经济指标分析经济运行状况，理解政府政策对经济的影响机制，建立宏观经济思维框架，为后续中级宏观经济学及专业课程学习奠定基础。
This course introduces the basic theories and analytical methods of macroeconomics, covering national income accounting, aggregate demand and aggregate supply models, economic growth, unemployment and inflation, fiscal and monetary policy, and international economics. Students will learn to analyze economic performance using macroeconomic indicators, understand the impact mechanisms of government policies, and build a macroeconomic thinking framework.
选择一个国家（中国、美国、日本等），收集该国近五年的GDP增长率、失业率、通货膨胀率、财政赤字率、利率等主要宏观经济指标。分析该国经济周期所处阶段，评估财政政策与货币政策的效果，识别当前经济面临的主要挑战，并提出相应的政策建议。报告要求数据来源可靠、图表清晰、论证充分。
Select a country (China, the US, Japan, etc.), collect major macroeconomic indicators for the past five years including GDP growth rate, unemployment rate, inflation rate, fiscal deficit ratio, and interest rates. Analyze the current stage of the business cycle, evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policies, identify key economic challenges, and propose corresponding policy recommendations.
