This introductory course provides a comprehensive overview of political science as an academic discipline. Students select a contemporary political phenomenon or issue (such as electoral reform or social media and political participation), apply course concepts and analytical frameworks to write an analysis report. The paper should clearly state the research question, apply relevant theories, and present original insights. Approximately 1500 words with at least three academic sources properly cited.
