This introductory course provides a comprehensive overview of political science as an academic discipline. Through readings and case studies, students develop basic analytical frameworks and critical thinking skills essential for advanced study in political science.
学生选择一个当代政治现象或热点议题(如选举制度改革、社交媒体与政治参与等),运用课程所学概念和分析框架,撰写一篇分析报告。要求明确研究问题,运用相关理论进行分析,并提出自己的见解。报告字数约1500字,需引用至少三篇学术文献,并正确标注出处。
Students select a contemporary political phenomenon or issue (such as electoral reform or social media and political participation), apply course concepts and analytical frameworks to write an analysis report. The paper should clearly state the research question, apply relevant theories, and present original insights. Approximately 1500 words with at least three academic sources properly cited.
